Pizza Hut

The new update says Pizza Hut has totally been redone! Great employees and everything the guy working the drive-through was very courteous, and was the only reason I wrote this review. He even stated that he takes great pride in his work. I recommend the $25 bundle it’s definitely worth it ! Everybody come over to Pizza Hut and try it out myself I always go to Denatoes for myself and little Caesars for the kids but right here they have good price and especially very very good pizza that I will actually eat! I am a very picky eater. I would recommend trying them out. Thank you very much Eddie!

Didn’t even get my Pizza Hut order Placed online for delivery (can’t drive currently) , charged and paid for delivery and a 20% tip, never arrived call and got their third part answering service who transferred me to the store manager, I explained I’d called the direct number and it was not working. Called again and was told they couldn’t do anything because they too could not contact the store. Pathetic customer service…. Who runs a business with no phone? Had to dispute charges with my back. And now I’m still hungry…. Never again @PIZZAHUT

I ordered a pizza, cinnoabun and 2 Pepsi's. I gave a 20 percent tip and didn't receive my pepsi's. I called 3 times and they forwarded me to a phone number that says the mailbox is full. The food is descent but the service is terrible. I will never order from this place again they have stolen 5 dollars from me and I wouldn't trust them.

I dont know why but pizza hut just cant make anything but brown pizza now. There's no cheese on top and the sauce is cooked dry into the crust. It just tastes like bread that's sweet. How can this be. This is a cheese pizza with extra cheese. When this comes to the door my kids wont eat it because it's really dry. What a waste of time and money. It should at least be white with extra cheese. And this is one of the better ones as of lately. Pizza Hut should be ashamed to keep taking my money and serving this up.

This experience w the W Washington St location was awful. The food was poorly prepared and did not taste well. Our order was delivered incomplete. We had to contact door dash, even though we ordered through the pizza hut website. after chatting w door dash, they informed us they left a message with the location and we should follow up. We left a total of 3 messages, 2 from us, 1 from door dash at the location requesting a call back regarding the order. We have not received a call back or an email from this location and our items were not replaced. This experience will effect ordering from this location in the future.
